Deepganga inn(near sea beach)

One of the worst hotel we have stayed in till date. They started cleaning of the room after we checked in the hotel very late . No water was coming in the washroom. Parts of old AC were thrown all over the balcony and it was as it till we check-out. Balcony was very unsafe also. No water jug provided in the room. they provided only 2 small water bottles at the time of check-in. After that no one asked about the water requirement in our 2 night stay. After seeing their negligence towards the customer we decided not to ask for the water. After spending one night in the hotel we asked for change of bed sheet and towels as we had two kids with us. Their staff started giving excuses about the unavailability of extra bed rolls. After telling them 2-3 more times they changed only bed-sheet in the next evening and mopped the room left wet. Changed bed sheet had old stains and holes in it. we feel very happy at least they changed the sheet. we never knew who is the manager to whom we should tell our problems. We faced shortages of water once again in washroom . At the time of check -out the only available male staff was sleeping and remain slept till we check out the hotel in the presence of their night watch-man(looked like 15 years boy) who did the check-out formalities without any writing activity. Not recommended at all for family. The only plus point of this hotel is its location which is near to sea beach and food shops, tea stall were nearby. Very eventful and self managed stay.

The rooms and bathroom were not clean. The staffs started to give reminders to leave room early one day early. They even started calling early in the morning to vacate The room early so that they can make ready for nxt guests. The food quality was not at par The taste of the food. The most hilarious were that there were certain food items which you cannot take single plate though there is no. Of less head you are travelling. The geyser was not working properly unless we called the staff to make it working. They do not have any provision for the guests who had their trains at 2pm.its really not recommended for them who are traveling with aged parents and children.

The lady at the reception was the worst receptionist anyone ever met. Her behavior from the very first word was so rude. While booking the hotel, they told they have parking facility and in also it's mentioned in amenities. When asked for parking, the lady at the reception literally barked on us to park our car to the govt parking side. They didn't even gave complimentary water bottles for next two days. When asked for that they finally provided us but again after too many arguments. In one word, they don't have restaurant, neither have parking, neither the receptionist behaviour was good not worth for money. The behavior of the lady receptionist.
