it was the worst day of my life to stay with my family at dev residency. The hotel staff did not gave me the room which i booked but instead gave lower category room and there was no hot water or drinking water. everything was hell out there. Never recommend any one to go there. there were no amenities, no quality food, unhygienic rooms , no wifi, no water . total disgusting and horrifying 🤮. total wastage of money.

It was worst ever stay in a hotel with no basic amenities provided. They don't understand the heigene meaning & don't have trained staff . We travel to enjoy our holidays not to carry disease from hotel rooms . Amount paid is too much for such hotel which is not a hotel room but a Inn type room . Horrible rooms. Not recommended to any one .

it was a horrible stay at this hotel, do not book the hotel by watching pictures, it is very different from the actual one , it is a very old property without any maintenance and no proper solution for any issues..e.g bathroom lock, interconnect phone line were not working, beds doing noise, proper toilets and washroom were not there

very bad experience... this is not a hotel...it's like guest house... the rooms are not neat and clean.. bedsheets and pillows are very dirty...services are also dis-appointing... hotel staff are also mis behavioural,mannersless. third class hotel

the room was so small the washroom was not clean the bed was not good the door lock was also broken with no tv it was like a prison, the room was so smelly 1 star ke niche waala hotel hai isse accha kisi park may jaake sojata

stay was average...hot water in abu comes for only 2 hours in the morning. and by the time we want to leave to visit tourist places in morning, the hot water is not working. tvs not working in most rooms, very few amenities

it is a horrible experience to stay in dev residency. Toilet was very dirty and unhigenic. Room door lock is not working. Room surrounding is also very dirty. the blankets smells very bad. Cancel your booking today...
