for us it was more special experience, as we were given a free upgrade to the Suite from our deluxe room reservation.the suite is loaded with all facilities like water ketle, tea coffee, mini fridge, room heater, work station, launge area, enclosed shower, etc.the location is near to the central connaught place.the ambience of the rooms are excellent.the washroom is clean and hygienic.we are a foodie and like to taste various different famous food available around. Luckily, the hotel has no restrictions from you ordering outside for from swiggy or zomato.Mr Sharma, the manager was helpful and flexible with our late check in and called us for booking follow-ups.the location of the hotel is very nice. it's opposite the hotel lalit. the staff is also polite.

stay at Emarald is always pleasant. As it is near to Connaught Place and Barakhamba Metro station, so connectivity is too good. Breakfast spread is also nice.
