Not a very good experience. Though the rooms are good and staffs are friendly but none of the amenities are working. Swimming pool is dirty,Bar is not functional. AC is not working, tata sky in the rooms were not recharged & they no have power back-up also. The big issue is parking. The cars are parked outside of hotel which at a times become difficult if some one parked behind your car and didn't leave the keys with hotel staff then you are stuck. We had booked breakfast but served only one item and that too in restricted quantities. The rooms cleaning service is restricted to 12PM which is again a problem.

it was a amazing stay n staff was really good n helpfull we are Goan's still enjoyed the stay as we like to explore the Goa n have been staying in many of area's but we loved the stay at Tranquil inn one of the best resort for couples as well as family one thing would like to share as we reached at the resort kitchen was closed unfortunately but the staff was so co-operative they requested the chef to prepare lunch for as and also chef did it Thank u guy's for making us feel so happy and comfortable ❤️

The guy at the front desk was behaving as if he was giving the room for free, even during booking it was mentioned that I'll get the king-size bed but at the hotel they provided queen size bed.Also, rooms were full of cockrozes and mosquitos.This was the third time I've stayed in this hotel, and I also have recommended this to many of my friends. Now I'll be doing the opposite as this hotel and it's staff should know that they not the only hotel in goa.Horrible experience!

Booked a Deluxe room and they gave a very small Room which had faulty AC and power problems. At first water was leaking from AC and bed was getting wet from that and post that after informing them, they did something and leak stopped but at night smoke was coming from it and had to turn it off. Also power was on and off for the whole Stay. Cleanliness of the room needs to be improved.

i don’t recommend this hotel to my friend as the last day before checkout by 9am itself the water was closed and when we asked they told silly reason like some water problem and rest all the room water was available it’s not the right thing to treat there customer until 11am before checkout they didn’t try nor bothered to fix the water issue

Rooms were not that clean. The ceiling fan was not working properly, when we informed the staff, they behaved very rudely. They took almost 2 hours to change the room. Please do not refer such hotels for your frequent customers like me on your platform.

Everything is good but small concern der is No guest allowed fr the rooms.allow guests to the rooms atleast for less hours (ex:2 To 3hrs)so wer the customer relations will be good to ur hotel

Its a good hotel. Very clean. The staff is good and available whenever needed. Check in experience was very nice. Location of the property is perfect. Its very close to Calangute Beach.

Simply awesome! Breakfast and food very good and delicious. Location is on the main road it is very convenient to go around. Staff is polite and humble. For family I would say best...
