one of the best hotel experience in Gangtok region at 3 star category Location: Location is 15 min from MG Road. Though they boast of a beautiful terrace restaurant and bar which is one of the very best. Food: The food is one of the best I have tasted in entire Sikkim, the breakfast menu is exhaustive and wholesome and star of the show. Hospitality: The staff was courteous and ready to help. Room: Rooms were spacious and had all modern amenities. Cleanliness: The cleanliness quotient was very high and the washrooms were absolutely neat and clean. Improvement Areas: Only downer in other wise perfect setting are the road facing rooms which are noisy due to the vehicle noises on the road.

I had a wonderful experience and stayed at Five Gangtok for a couple of nights. The rooms were clean, tidy and well maintained. Rooms were spacious and the bed was king sized. I had a balcony view with amazing sight. The hotel staff ( Pravin - Reception staff ) were very prompt in helping me to find alternate cab solutions, and provided me with every need asked. The hotel also has a roof top bar and lounge, decent, family friendly and more importantly live music including Hindi, Bengali, and songs of your choice. Overall, id suggest this place which is easily accessible, and in a perfect location.

Very poor hotel. I would suggest never book this one. And dont believe on the amenities as they provide nothing. This is the first 3 star category hotel with a Suite without Air Conditioner, Room Heater, Room slippers, Ironing facilities, and many more to name. And the ironical part is they claim to give all of the above in the amenities listed in the Suite Room Category. Waste of Money. A complete disaster that ruined my entire vacation. First two days booked Mayfair and last day booked Suite Room in this hotel and it ended so pathetic....

we had a really great, indelible experience during the stay! the staff service was quite polite and helpful at all times , the ambience, especially the views from the room were absolutely incredible.. the cleanliness , and the maintenance was amazingly managed , the food we had was really lip-smacking and sumptuous.. we look out to further recommend this hotel to any other guests in our knowledge for sure.😊

Good property, large rooms, but amenities were short n the staff was very slow n restaurant staff was rude when asked for breakfast which was complientry for us. Even the checkout process was very slow, its 5 days past now but still they haven't send the copy of bill. cozy bed, n nice view from the room

Five Gangtok is really awesome. Room ambience is excellent i.e junior suite. Hotel staffs are obedient and very friendly. Breakfast was awesome, varieties of items you can find in the breakfast. Balcony view is excellent. Restaurant and Bar at 5th floor was really excellent with live music.

Hotel Infra is good but services are very poor. The staff is unproffessional and very irresponsible. They dont care about customer convenience. Will suggest never to stay in this hotel. Fooding is poor. Reception services is very poor. Bed linen is very old and rough.

We stayed in junior suite. It was very spacious, clean and had a fantastic view. The only thing I felt was that the breakfast could be better.. options were less and repeated. Overall , good service.. i would definitely recommend
