location is not near to any of the beach,minimum 5 kms to kalagant beach, no restuarant in guest house is available,when we ordered for a tea in the evening,it had taken upto 2 hr for serving the tea. Not recommended for the family and couples.It's ok for the bachelors.Dont expect any good service from the staffs. In the room AC is not working properly,Even a mirror or dressing table is not available in the room. we totally **** with this guest house.

A very good hotel and stay for the last visit. The bachelors will enjoy the full freedom and the happiness there. Not much Indian tourists majority is foreigners. That too they are very friendly and good. Hotel staffs behaves really well and will help you for anything.

horrible location and horrible hotel....don't fall for the price....instead of staying in such a hotel.... better to stay on beach.....so spooky and lonely place...very dangerous.... AC was also not working .....n top of that frequent power cut n no backup power Also

no attendy in hotel. the attitude of the manager Boy is very disgusting. very bad service. even no water and towels provided. full of mosquitoes and pests. no peace. no location. a complete hell for travellers.

Had a pleasant stay. felt good as owner of the property himself talking with the guest and taking feedback. this hotel is best for those who just wanted to live and have fun outside like beaches, pubs drinks.

It's very away from the people so no safety.kinda Go Goa Gone movie feeling owner just want to fool people. If u directly see the room and it's location u won't book the room for sure. Be careful
