We both me and my wife are senior citizens in age group of 70. We were allotted room on 1st floor. No lift is available in the hotel. We have to face hardship through stairs as we both are having joint knee problems. Despite our repeated requests we could not get room on the ground floor on pretext that no room is available there. Except this stay at the hotel was good . Food and room service was also good.
