We booked triple bed room in golden veena , while hotel manager provided us double bed room with mattress in adjacent seperate hotel , hill top which is in pathetic condition.On showing our booking pics of room which we selected, they completely denied and said we have only this room. If you want take it else go elsewhere or some random pathetic options.When we checked more, the exact room we booked was vacent They provided us booked room on the second day of our stay

When I arrived, I was informed that I was being placed in a nearby hotel room instead of the one I had originally booked. I asked the staff about this, and he simply said it was his property. I understand it was Saturday and peak time for them, so I didn’t want to complain too much, but it was frustrating not getting the room I expected. Overall, it was just an okay stay

worst hotel 1) no hot water available in the winters.... only luke warm water 2) luke warm water only till 11am....no hot water after that 3) no wardrobe in the rooms 4) worst service.... despite calling 4-5 times at the reception no1 came to assert the issue.... have to personally visit reception 5) bedsheet not changed.... 6) people drinking alchohol and abusing all night

Don't book room here .Ek dum bakvas experience raha mera yaha me to yehi suggest karta hu agar ap abu enjoy karne a rahe ho to kahi or hi jyada paise ho to jyada deke kahi or hi room book karna but yaha mat ana .AC roon karne ke bad b ac ka perday \rs mangte he ye or paresan b jyada karte he ..

i book 1 room for 5 persons in .... but after reaching at hotel. they charged extra 450rs.. and behave rudely.. .. its verry bad experience....

All Room is on the 4th Floor, full night water is leakage, from Tap to Ac. Charging 40₹ for water. Pathetic Hotel
