Hibis Hotels and Resorts

Pathetic experience in my life time so far. We had booked this property because it is close to the beach but the major issue was water. There was no water supply to the washroom for my whole 2 days stay. So we eventually had to go out to restaurants/cafes to use the washroom. We had requested the caretakers 4 times but still no action was taken. We couldn't even take shower or wash our faces at the stay. And also, the rooms are located so inside that you have to carry and walk with the luggage so far while check out. They give you contact details and stuff while check in, but none are reachable. Everything, I didn't have a thing which we liked at this property. We were lucky that we had booked only for 2 nights. Also the room odour was unpleasant. We didn't have enough time to fight for all this and get refund. We had to leave early because we had other important plans

I often visit goa approx 6-7 times a year, I found this place is best for it's location, it is on main road, near main beach entrance, beach is less than one minute away from reception, rooms are quite far from reception, staff is very courteous n polite, service is good, rooms are little bit small but good n well maintained, bathrooms are clean n hygiene is maintained.Break fast is awesome they give more than 10 items including North Indian, Chinese, south indian. Samjh nahi aata ki ye khau ki wo khau, Pool, garden, restaurant all are good, overall 5star place.Hibis my hibiscus.Lastly i want to mention 3 names the reception girl shalmali helping n solve ur problem in minutes, two boys vishal n rishabh from restaurant very humble n quickly responsive. I definitely visit here again. :)

avoid hibis i had a disappointing 2-day stay at hibis. the rooms were not clean, with wet walls and even rats. the owners father/grandfather, were in the restaurant during dinner, which felt intrusive, especially when they stopped kids from playing with the billboard, yet still passed rude comments. despite requesting a tv replacement twice and changing the set-top box three times, the tv never worked. hot water was also an issue—after four requests, they provided a rod. the only positive was its proximity to the beach, and the breakfast seemed decent. given the poor experience amount spend , i would recommend avoiding this place.
