Stayed two nights with family at Holiday Homes 1BHK Apartment (23, 24 Jan 2023, Room no, F6, First floor), found all the amenities we needed.1. Walkable distance from Colva beach 2. Kitchen with gas and basic utensils were provided to prepare breakfast, tea, etc.3. Room attached with Bathroom with hot and cold water 4. A,C, Washing machine are all there. (Only TV was without balance).5. we were four members so asked for extra mattress and6. Shops are around the property Overall the stay was very convenient (4. 1/2 star, 1/2 deducted from TV 😄😁😂

The property is fine and surrounded by greenery and coconut tree's. The staff is good.The home stay is centrally located with good staff.It is suitable for families/groups with low budget. The rooms are big with good ventilation.The interiors and bedding needs little improvement.

unfortunately I could stay there for 1 day only... But it was a great experience to stay in holiday homes. They provide all the amenities like fridge , washing machine, kitchen items everything . Swimming pool is not available. But for the cost it was worth it..

Care taker is very gentle and respectful. You might have to arrange your own drinking water though. Overall I found my stay wonderful. Will book again Almost every house hold item was present. One can cook their own food as well.

It was a 1bhk room in a apartment. Location is very good. Colva beach is walkable distance from the room. Lots of garments shop was nearby. Room had utensils, fridge, washing machine and AC.
