The only problem is the location of the boat. It's a bit remote compared to the other houseboats. you won't get a view. The included breakfast is just bread and butter. The interiors of the boat is quite good. The shikara who will take you for a round will charge you quite heavily. So better to negotiate a lot. is ok for an hour round.

Overall experience was really good.. tho I do not recommended to order food.. the manager was really nice to us.. the shikara boat rider was really sharp and asked us to pay 7000rs for 4 hours.. but and if you bargain it can be less also. Loved the house boat.

Overall stay was good. We had upgraded the room by paying additional Rs.700. Electric blanket was available there with uninterrupted hot water supply . Food was ok. caretaker of Houeboat is also good. overall staying experience was good

Nothing big clean The water has a smell of something. Occasionally there is a power outage and the heater has a problem with not being able to withstand the cold at that time

There is only bread with bit butter/jam is available for complimentary breakfast.Room interior was too good but power cut is common and hospitality is just okay.

Ultimate experience in houseboat. near to Dal lake main road. owner is very helpful and friendly nature.
