It was a total disappointment. Although our booking was for Canberra but when we reached there on 08.09.2018 we were informed that our booking has been shifted to another houseboat, namely, Cutty Sark. We were not allowed to stay at Canberra although we had paid money for Canberra. Cutty Sark was comparatively substandard. I think we should be refunded at least half the amount of Tariff charged.(Appx Rs 950/-)

I have already given feedback. I am totally disppointed with the way Houseboat Canberra people treated us. Without giving any reason they asked us to go to another houseboat, which was quite substandard.

Best houseboat In Dal Lake. Staff is supportive. Owner is friendly & helpfull. And food is delicious. I recommend this house boat for stay.
