The overall experience was very bad.They cancelled my booking and also did not refunded me the money.When I told them that I will be late for check in so they told me that they were cancelling the booking and will refund the amount.But they were not refunding my money yet.

that was not a house boat however owner gives you stay in a house/ cottage situated behind of their house boat. No service bells in room or i said no room service. however rooms are clean but no AC in Rooms.
