Went there in off-season with my wife and stayed for 2 nights. Houseboat has 3 rooms. I asked to give option to choose the room but they said 2 rooms are already occupied and so had no option. Didn't saw any other guest for 2 days. So even though rooms were available i was not given the best room (which is the inner most room and bigger then other two rooms). Breakfast had only 3 option to select from i.e. either Poha/Bread Omelette/Upma and Tea/Coffee. Got six slices of bread and omelette when ordered bread omelette. No toiletries except towel. Location decent. P.S. don't buy zaffran from local guys from lake market as it is fake though may cost you very less.

we booked deluxe room and there is no option for heater in the room however there is the option of bukhari but you will have to pay extra for it. also take your toiletries with you As they don't provide it. electric blanket was not affective at all. there was no buffet in breakfast and you can't have the things as much as you want. they provided one omlette for each person and only 1 cup tea. i expect all these things when i am bookin deluxe room. ...apart from this we have got all the support from the owner and he provided complementary kahwa for all.

Stayed there for 1 night, but it was a good experience. The owner Mr. Ashiq Shera [Mob. -****** ] deserves a special mention for being a good host. Rooms are clean and the stay-in help [Shafique] is always on his tows to serve you. The host connects with you on a personal level and makes you feel like home. Only drawback i see was the lack of toiletries in the toilet and limited breakfast options. But all-in-all, this was a good stay and i would definitely recommend fellow travelers to stay here.

stayed their for two nights and found the owner Mr. Ashiq a very warm person. Food quality was very good and felt like home made. Rooms were clean. The owner guided very well about prices of things u can purchase in Srinagar. Really a value for money as Goibibo gave a handsome discount on room prices. I am a frequent traveller and have got the minimum prices for all kind of rooms on Goibibo. In the same prices one can get far better hotel rooms anywhere. Kudos to the team Goibibo.

I strongly we won't recommend this hotel for any type of travellers.kindly avoid this hotel while booking.even ur booking had been confirmed ******** and hotel person u cant be allowed to check in if they find money paid by urself using offers ur entry will be restricted.and the person who called himself as owners brother will ask u more money and would embrace u in front of ur family.after all the confirmation...

This houseboat is located at a very central location in Dal lake. The view from the houseboat is terrific.Rooms are very nicely maintained and are very comfortable. The service is excellent(special thanks to Ameen- the caretaker). Its a complete value for money deal and you will surely enjoy your stay at this place . I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Srinagar.

It would be fine to stay over there. Hotel is good and stay was totally perfect there. Hotel is value for money. All the facilities provided by the hotel are very much comfortable there. Service was fine over there. Nice amenities was provided by the hotel people there. Hotel is very neat and clean.

We stayed in this house boat for 2 days. The stay in boy Ameen is very good n it would be 5 star for his service. The house boat owner is not trustable, he deceived us being friendly which costed us expensively in guiding n travelling otherwise I would have rated 4 star for hotel n service.

I visited Srinagar with my wife in December 11, 2015 and i booked the houseboat Teal with Breakfast and Dinner by Goibibo.com. But really it was awesome to get Delicious vegetarian food in House boat. i will say especially thanks for food and cooperative nature of owner.
