booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and had a very good experience. all the basic amenities were available like heater, geyser, restaurant, ro water, room service etc. the staff were very prompt and responsive. the food was nice and prices were very reasonable. although located at the outskirts of srinagar near nishat gardens, we didn't face any major issues. there are rooms that have a dal lake view from the balcony. recommended.

Impex Hill Resorts stay was perfect. Rooms and washroom was pretty good. Staff was good. View from the hotel is amazing and the hotel itself was very good maintained. I loved my stay there. I created the video but I am unable to upload it. So you have to trust me that it was really clean and nice hotel. I did not like the dinner personally but the breakfast was good. Overall it was a good stay.

The stay was really good. View of Dal Lake from the hotel is awesome. Rooms were so clean, neat and tidy. Only one drawback is that the hotel is much inside in residential area. So, you need walk around 1.5km to reach main road and you won't get any restaurant nearby. However, hotel is providing food and cab facility. Hotel staff was so friendly and the hotel area is so silent and peaceful.

best experience to stay at impex hill resort...manager and staff all are warm welcoming, helpful, kind hearted people... awesome food so far in my trip...room and the ambience were beautiful and awesome... love to stay again and will recommend our frnds and family also to stay at this property... most beautiful place to stay in srinagar.... best tym i had. plz do stay here.

location is far from central area, view from hotel is good from a height. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. Limited variety of dishes in breakfast and mostly fried, should keep more variety and combination of fried and light dishes.Good service. If you want better view of the lake then opt for rooms on upper level.

it's amazing here, the view ,the rooms everything. if you are staying in Srinagar, don't think twice and book this hotel . Its the best there. service and food are too good. best part is the garden with view of dal lake. and the wooden rooms.

We stayed here for two night and we booked 3 rooms for 6 person and two child. Hotel is awesome in terms of hospitality, staff, rooms were fab & food was served hot and was tastier too. We recommend this hotel for Srinagar stay

The room facilities are excellent. -Continuous hot water supply, -Cleaned room and bathroom -Well behaved staffs -Only drawback a bit far from Dal lake on foot, but if tourist have personal vehicle then no problem.

Best place to stay.... boiling hot water all the time, cleanliness, AC to make the room warm. only issue is , it's on hill , and not near the dal lake, we have to walk too much !! and quite away from airport!
