Itsy Hotels Ransu Residency

Very average hotel. Certainly not a Treebo level. Though the initial given room size was ok with a balcony and a comfortable bed, though the floor seemed not to be quite clean. The interiors were good though. The real issue faced was running hot water for which we had to waste more than half an hour to persue the hotel service staff. The staff seemed to be quite cordial and supportive who immediately changed our room on the second floor. The room provided was no less than the earlier one with the same water related issues. it was nevertheless solved after the staff fiddled with the water system. The worst part of the hotel is it's so called great breakfast. The breakfast was no buffet but provided in the room, had three toasts of bread with a little butter applied just for the sake of it and one cup of tea. When I showed my disappointment, they gave me a plate of poori bhaji for my daughter. I had stayed earlier in the same group hotel in Treebo near Airport which provides good buffet breakfast. Treebo should maintain its standards in all its hotels. Ransu was somewhat disappointing. Very average hotel.

I have booked through Goibebo,, paid more than 1800/- for one night. Comes at hotel around 9:30 pm. 1) with paid service dinner was test less. 2) No drinking water bottle in room. I was paid 25/- for 1Liter of water to hotel boy. They did not give me bill. 3) Although breakfast included in tarrif, they did not serve my breakfast even tea till up to 8:20 am on 08.08.2023 . The told me breakfast will served on 9:00am .Then I leave hotel on 8:25am and take breakfast outside. I need to catch flight. 4) Bad smail was found in bathroom, told them yester day night. They only spray room frashneer.

We stayed at this hotel on 3rd July and had a very disappointing experience. Ants were coming through the AC vent and even reached our bed, making it very uncomfortable and disturbing our sleep. The cleanliness and hygiene were also not up to the mark. For the price charged, the facilities were far below expectations. Felt completely exhausted and dissatisfied with the stay.

bathroom & room not clean. bed sheet was damaged during power cut, no proper backup. no card Swipe machine available. fooding is also poor.
