guys I've experienced one of the best room service ever .... very supportive staff everyone was so supportive that I never thought for a second that I'm out of my home town....steward , manager every one was behaving so nice..... they are not like greedy to earn money.... geyser was like icing on the cake for us as the bucks that we spent, was true value for money..... I mean by coming in front of the hotel staff you'd be as satisfied you wanna be... never expected service like this.... fooding tea water every thing is good..... when you get a good service in the area you are not so familiar with it rejoice you....would be lovely to visit here again along with my family..... thanks karden ......

The hotel is although a little old, however is maintained decently. The best thing is the view that you get from the valley facing rooms, not charged extra. We were lucky to book the roomat dirt cheap price and it was worth much more. The space in room was decent and toilets were also decently clean. Recommended place to stay in Gangtok.

The location of the hotel is very good as it is near snt as well as the M.G. Marg (about 10minutes from hotel). The hotel owner and other staff members are also good. One can get a scenic view of the surrounding area from the hotel. The only problem is the bathroom is not clean. Otherwise everything is good.

I had not faced any trouble during the stay..it was a comfortable stay where staff was cooperative and well spoken and offered an appropriate service right on time..and it took 5-7 minutes to reach the bus stand..So overall its a good stay..

It was not a good stay. The bathroom was not clean and it was not maintained, Hotel staff was not behaving well and food was not much tasty it was expensive too. As such the room was quite good. But overall it was not a satisfactory stay.

Location is very easy to access very near to bus stand as well as MG road.Provided all the basic amenities.its an average property. So can't expect more than the tariff paid for it. But stay was hiccup-less. good hotel for tourists.

the TV provided is of 1980s small one and there is NO WIFI facility, the SHOWER US NOT AT ALL WORKING!!! theis completely hurt my trust and feeling during the 2 days stay!!

the hotel is situated in prime location of gangtok. hotel staff is very cooperative. the four bed room is ideol for the bachelors.
