Kashmir House Pahalgam

Best budget hotel in pahalgam. The room is so cozy and with good blankets that we didn't used the electric blanket. Bathroom are big with no issue of hot water. The owner is always there to resolve any issue. They do have a restaurant where price are genuine. A big thumbs up to the owner. I stayed in G4.My experience for 03 nights and 04 days Srinagar trip- Book taxi from Pahalgam area so that no additional taxi required to visit Pahalgam points. Arrive by noon and visit 2-3 spots of Srinagar (Shikara ride and Gardens). U can stay in Srinagar or go direct to Pahalgam (2-3 hours ride). Check in some budget hotel in Pahalgam and in morning visit Aru, Chandanbadi and Betab by taxi. NO Horse ride to any area MUST AVOID. As you have took the taxi from Pahalgam area then there is no time limit to spend in these sites. Stay in Pahalgam and leave early morning to Gulmarg and book Gandola both phases in advance. Ask driver to leave you at Gandola Parking and go to station by walk only. NO TAXI OR PNY RIDE THEY WILL LOOT YOU. By 11.30 u can easily take the gandola ride. Don’t visit phase-1, go straight phase02 only. Climb up the more u can and visit the frozen lake. This will suffice your desire for snow cladded peaks. Yes Pls wear two warmers sweaters and your one jacket so no rent jacket is required even in December month. Take only rented shoes and save your money. Rented Jacket will only be excess burden on you. After coming down take a stroll around meadows. NO TAXI NO PONY RIDES. Now Stay in Srinagar One night. next morning do some shopping and head to airport and back home. Do research more if u want see more videos of each place to visit. More takeaways from my trip:Sonmarg can be avoided, Gulmarg only Gandola Rides no other local sight scene, taxi from Pahagam will save your extra cost of taxi. Fix everything with you driver as explained above.

it was a great experience at this hotel the people's are humble and helpful service was great and the hygiene was well maintained manager was always ready to help you such a beautiful experience so i will definitely recommend this the staff was very humble and heating facilities were awesome

Eventhough the room is small, it's really pretty and neat. The best part is the staffs, they are so polite and really helpful. The only thing that is lacking is a room heater, but it has a warm blanket which will get the deal done when you are on bed.
