hotel is very pathetic and staff are rude non co operative. Food quality and quantity are miserable we have taken 10rooms and opted for buffet but every food are short and for dinner have wait such a long time. charges for all the things are very high we advise even lodges will give better service then this if still some one to go then pl be careful and take everything in writing and never take food from there one can find better food and service then this there are many options available then this....

Good Hotel rooms with excellent & courteous service of Mr Samil, restaurant/room service manager. He and his staff had delighted us every moment with their smiling face and highly courteous behaviour. To add the food was served hot and tasty! The cook needs an applause too. Go to the hotel top floor and get an amazing view of Mt Kanchenjunga. What more... Thank you Hotel Kasturi

hotel is good but far from mall road. they do not have own kitchen but they can brought for you. i book sight seen from hotel but driver did not com at 4 am we were ready by 3.45 am so don't book vehicle from this hotel

pros 1. service is good 2. Rooms are good 3. staffs are excellent cons 1. 2 km away from mall. 2. Food is horrible. 3. after 7 pm it is tough to get share taxi. 4. There are wrong entries in food bills.

It takes time to reach Mall from the hotel, specially at evening it is difficult to get local jeep or shared taxi. Service, cleanliness and other issues are good.
