worst experience I ever had, room was so dirty, bed sheet was stained, I had told them to change it multiple time but still the new one was also in same condition they also charged extra money from me.I had booked multiple hotels from your app but this was first time I was charged extra money, they said they won't allow me to check in if I don't pay , even after paying extra money they alloted me worst room of their hotel. I am really very disappointed, bathroom was blocked, there were mosquitoes in the room, I had to change the hotel . Worst experience, Charged extra money for no reason. @Goibibgo Please look into this matter, if you can't do anything atleast remove the hotel from your app and website.

Hotel is excellent in every aspects. Receiptionint are very friendly in nature. Only Problem which I faced during my stay is that there are no facilities available for drinking water. You have to buy water from Outside for drinking purpose. I suggest them to provide such facilities.

Worst hotel experience. They did not provide us with any towels or bed sheets. The room had two bathrooms awkwardly separated by a sliding window. The curtains were in poor condition and did not give any privacy. Definitely not worth staying here.

scarcity of hot water. There were even no water bottles placed in the room and when we asked for it they took 1 hour for the same that too with additional costing of 5 each per bottle over and above MRP. worst service
