Hotel Krishna Heritage

1. Room & washroom were spacious, neat and clean. 5 out of 5 stars for the room. 2. Quality and also the quantity of food was excellent. They provide breakfast/lunch/dinner in between 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. One has to order the dinner before 8:00 pm as kitchen closes at 9:00 pm. 4.5 out of 5 stars for the food. 3. Alcohol & smoking is prohibited in the hotel premises and in the personal room. 4. Service could be better. They should hire a receptionist as there is no one at the reception. I had to call the owner every time so he can inform the hotel staff and they would provide whatever we want. 4 out of 5 stars for the service. 5. Hotel is situated at very down side of arithang area. Hotel is suitable if guests are having their personal car or are willing to pay total around 500 rupees a day for the taxi to mg marg. Google maps shows that it is 15-20 mins of walking distance from Snt bus station/mg marg. But walking is so tough, one has to climb 50-80 steps and walk through very stiff roads which is really tiring. Elder people wont be able to walk at all on those roads. For the location of the hotel, it is 3.5 out of 5 stars. 6. The nature of the owner and the staff was good.

It's a nice decent place to stay for a night and start your next day. Me and my husband stayed here for one night. They have cosy clean and hygienic rooms. Their hospitality was best. They also serve good food. The only problem was that there was no power in the night for like about an hour or so. It was completely dark and they did provide us with candles and lamp. Since we wanted to charge our phones they provided us with Power bank also. over all nice experience. Beautiful place

The rooms were large in size with utmost cleanliness. Hotel staff were very polite and cooperative. Bathroom fittings were quite fancy nd modern.. overall best stay till date at this price. We even had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Food seemed to be homely prepared with hygiene. Primarily, location seemed to be a slight drawback however, shuttle was easily available from the gate of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Excellent experience overall

The rooms were very clean and responsive staff .but the problem is there is no power alternative .no electricity when there is power cut in gangtok .you will be in dark .also it is located in somehow outer .taxi driver will charge you like 200 - 300 rs for MG road or other taxi stand like vajra stand and dorali stand
