Dear sir I am in haridwar sir haridwar is most important of Hindu religion haridwar is best hotel is Lajja Palace and most resnebal price is hotel Lajja Palace staff is very good and room is neat and clean and food is very good and more faslity WI fi is done and location is main market haridwar and near Ganga ghat so I am so happy in sty hotel Lajja Palace he is so nice hotel and thank full goibibo love u goibibo

as per the price hotel not up to the mark . this hotel is too higher.room not clean on the time of check in, used and dirty blanket. AC not working. but the good part is hotel Staff behavior good and cooperative.but I will not recommend hotel because in this price you will stay other best hotel.

Rooms were small and untidy. Tv was not working and when asked they said its not recharged now. About room cleaning they were like they do not have more staff at that time. Mirrors were not clean. Taps has current while running geyser. Overall, it was very bad experience.

My experience at Lajja Palace was very good. Food also tasty. Property is at main road that made my car come to there easily. Sanitation and proximity with other place like market made easy for my family to visit each and every place even at night.

Bad experience, if you go with own vehicle don't stay, there have no parking.. you need to go 300-400 meter for paid parking and they charge Rs 100 for 12 hrs only. No ventilation in Room it was smelling every time. Overall not worth to stay.

Rooms are stinking, AC is not working, Bedsheets, floors, tables, infact, room is not clean. And there is no response from staff. Plus the rooms shown in pictures at the time of booking is different from the rooms allotted.

Room is very congested, airflow isn't there. Location isn't Har ki Pauri, it's 10 minutes from main location. Food was unavailable in the hotel.
