We really enjoyed the stay... more than me and my wife... our 1.5yr daughter enjoyed.. It was really spacious room where she were able to ran out. Food was good, since my daughter is too small, we had to request milk for her in the morning and evening. only one day when we had to go out in 30mins and that time they couldnt arrange milk, within in that 30mins. but that was the trip our daughter enjoyed most which was arranged by hotel with Jeep trucking. So i definitely recommend family as well as bachelors, coz seeing the location, my friends started planning... with family and without family... its heart of area. 1-2hr travel.. you have awesome levels....

Good place to stay big conformable rooms with 3beds on the first floor which is excellent if you have kids with you and have excellent service, takes 25 minutes to reach viewing places of munnar. But it's ok if you have your own vehicle as you leave in the morning and come back evening. the place has a good restaurant and they provide excellent customised food , the breakfast was good. the gap road took 20 minutes to reach which had excellent views of tea garden.

The rooms are so smelly n dirty…The staff is very uncooperative…there is no good food…It is written 4 star hotel but I think it is not even 1 star hotel…so smelly n dirty….I recommend never go to this hotel

Horrible experiance Ever,LEMON GRASS, RAJAKKAD Its not as per 4 star Level andNot even normal Standerd Restaurant Service was very poor,Electricity Shutdown every few minutes I wont book again this hotel

must visit place.. 40 km far from munnar but place itself is very romantic and peaceful...new property with great hospitality hospitality of hotel was awsm.. location was ultimately gud ....new property
