I would say its a hybrid homestay which has comfortable rooms like a 3 star hotel with Large LED TV, A/c , intercom, comfortable bed , delicious food along with super prompt service. my stay was very pleasant though few Hiccups with the AC during the day which was efficiently taken care of by the owner, Mr. Sharma. Mr. Sharma, has been of been of great help, with sending me directions to the hotel from airport till helping me out with settling down. Few Tips for Travellers: 1. there is no reception at the entrance of the property nor any signboards so you need go to the first floor once you enter the gate. 2. outside guest are not allowed after 2300 hrs. 3. its a residential property converted to a hybrid homestay so dont expect a hotel kind of environment. 4. limited parking space within the property.

It's more like a homestay than hotel, as there were no sign boards, no commercial entrances, no receptionist etc. Actually its a flat and the rooms are in the second floor and its quite doubtfull if the authority knows about it or not, however the behaviour of the staffs and the manager are good enough, though the staffs are far from professionalism. The rooms are good and we'll maintained but the package of the dish and maintainance of the ac is absent. In over all one can stay in case of solo and with friends only.

Property is located in quiet location. The signboard can be larger. Bed needs to be softer. Food is freshly prepared. So cost can be justified. Property is clean. Parking available for 3 cars. Powerback up available Geyser available. Water pressure good. Guests can dine in dining room if they wish. Good manager/owner, good staff Good stay overall

The Magnolia inn is located in the heart of guwahati city. The ambience is quiet and peaceful , rooms are well maintained . Staff us very cooperative . The owner takes a personal care for the pleasant stay of guest . He is very well mannered gentlemen. It was a good experience of my stay at magnolia inn.

Good place to stay, no disturbance .. Home away from home.. Nice staff, clean room.. I will recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in hassle free environment. I will definitely come back to stay. Please add local dish in the menu as it feels like home so want to eat like as in home ☺️😊

I have stayed in the property and my overall stay was very nice there. Hotel staff behavior was good and the hotel amenities were fine. I had food over there and the quality was good. Location of the property was not very convenient, but it was okay for me.

Staff behavior, amenities and services were excellent. Location was average as it was not exactly far away from the city but at the same time it was not ion main city. There was dining facility. There was no complimentary services.
