The place is quite easy to locate, as its on Main road. Staff is really polite and helpful. Rooms are beautiful, with breathtaking views. washroom in particular is cleaned well. Book your stay here just for the view, makes it seem like rest of all the perks of staying here as complimentary.

Very nice property bang on Mandovi river. Easy to access as it's on main road with ampel parking space and huge sit out with nice view of river and cruises, close to Panaji City. Cots are small with clean bed sheets and towels. Price is reasonable considering location & cleanliness.

, there is no internet connection there, nor is anyone there to listen to you. There is no good service in the room, I am useless., room is not cleaned, bathroom is useless. This is a very bad hotel. I will guide you. Don't ever stay at this hotel.

River facing hotel with very nice view of the river. Rooms are also clean, neat and tidy. The service was also good but food is not available. However would definitely recommend for the view from the hotel.

Stay was good. Room and bath was spacious. Only tea coffee is in-house. Had some trouble with ants and tiny critters. Overall not bad.
