I visited Mayur Retreat in November during Diwali 2015 with my family and we had an excellent stay at the place. The best part of the stay was it is in a very quite, serene place 2 KM's earlier from Lonavala City Center (direction from Mumbai to Lonavala) and hence far away from traffic and hustle bustle in Lonavala. Rooms are neat, clean, well maintained.. no complaints whatsoever, pretty good Wifi in Lobby. Well managed staff and very helpful front desk including the Hotel Manager who was very polite and friendly to guests. Food expensive if you plan to have lunch there.. but otherwise, breakfast and was very satisfactory and was value for money(Since ours was EP Plan). Indoor Sports facilities like small pool for children, table tennis, carrom etc is there. Ample of Parking Space available and overall a must place to look out for if you get the booking ;-)

The hotel did impressed me a lot and will visit again. We had a pleasant stay in the hotel. In terms of hospitality, I would rate the resort as Very Good. The location of the property is easily accessible. The infra of the resort is good. The ambience of the rooms is much better than I had an experience with other hotel earlier in Lonavala. Food was quite decent. In terms of hygiene, the resort is good. The staff regularly cleans the swimming pool and lawns. They also have a gaming room where you can play table tennis, Carrom & Chess. The rooms do not have wifi, so please have a wifi in all rooms.

I think the best part about the hotel is its room, food and service. Entire team is dedicated to provide us a good experience. Food was awesome apart from breakfast. We had lunch and dinner on 2 days and all meals were very tasty. We ventured into pool which was well maintained and clean. We also played TT for hours, chess and carrom which were well maintained (carrom not so good). Room service was quick. We had an infant with us and they provided small quantities of rice, kheer along with lunch complimentary which was very kind of them. Room balcony was again very nice Room, food, service

I would like to recommend this hotel if anyone planning to visit lonavala. New, fresh & amazing rooms with great views.There are bad comments on TripAdvisor and goibibo about this hotel but ignore that comment, as the hotel is renovated and visit this hotel really value for money ,room service team was very helpful to suggest the food and delivering it within time ,reservation dept will help you to solve all queries ,have great front office team All associate are helpful, thank you once again.Surely we will visit again

We booked a royal deluxe room best things that came our way: i. early checkin was made available ii. late checkout was also made possible as they had the rooms available iii. All royal deluxe rooms have bathtubs and one king size and one twin size bed iv. the hotel is private enough, clean, almost all amennities you could expect in a budget hotel and more.
