It's pathetic.... People are rude... Facilities basically a geyser which does not work, WiFi u can even open google.... And food is worthless.... This hotel is cheap in every respect......

Hotel room is good, either double or triple bed. Food quality is good. Quality of complementary breakfast is ok. but not buffet. so you do not have no options. For dinner you have to order before 7:30pm, but it will not surve you before 9:00pm. .. So it was difficult to contact hotel fellow while reached Gangtok. ... Manager and staff behaviour was co-operative. This is an USP. This is located in Development area 100 MTR away from Seema Suraksha Bal office, in Development area. Not on MG road, but approx 1km from MG road.

Overall stay was very good but there was no proper power back except an Invertor for tubelight only.Our mobile phones got drained ...Due to this we faced lots of difficulty next day..

This is just an ‘Ok’ hotel. We had problem locating the hotel and none of the local people knew about the hotel. It is quite far from the M.G. Market. You have to take a taxi to get there. Walking will take you 10mins acc to the hotel staff but only if you have no problem walking in hilly roads. The bedsheets and pillow covers in the rooms were not clean. The blankets given to us didn’t have any covers on them which I feel is not hygienic.

Pathetic room service.. i haven't seen such kind of attitude from room service person in any hotel in india.. actually it can be said as a guest house. ... deluxe room is only for 1 room, other room is like standard room.. walkable distance from M. G. Marg.. view from room is nice, but u wont get kanchunjunga view.. Manager (Sanjay) is helpful over phone, but u wont find him in hotel.. But I must say, food is great..!!

We stayed here for 3 nights and the hospitality was nothing short of great. Hotel Manager and staff was very cooperative. We never felt any difficulty for almost anything here in Gangtok even though we were new here because hotel staff took care of everything during our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.we booked this hotel by Siliguri travels agent thanks to them.

The Hotel experience is just superb and amazing. And above all the gentle behaviour of all staff especially the Manager Babu Das and another staff Sanjay vai are more than nice persons. Anyone intended to visit to Gangtok must go to this peaceful hotel to get a purely homely feeling with the great guidance and ever helping behaviour of Babu Das and Sanjay Vai.

Excellent staying experience if you come to stay here. Hotel proprietor Mr Manish himself checks with guest about their hospitality. Very well decorated hotel with good quality of food serves here. I travel a lot due to my profession but should admit that this hotel is one of the best hotel with reasonable price I have come across.

Hotel mount Pleasant is very gorgeous and so clean and fresh and nice view from room no 5 and staff behaviour is too good and foods are so fresh and nice.room service is so active and attractive ... hotel manager behave is so good and management is very good thanks for everything mr Guddu singh (Manager)
