Location superb. Reception staff excellent. But some of the restaurant staff's behaviour very rude. But they are behaving very politely to N. Indians. They have some allergy to keralites. First time in life facing such indecent behaviour from a restaurant staff. I think let them some training from staff in Leela Palace , Bangalore .First they have us the food bills & we paid it. Later they came in a hurry to our car & took back the bills, saying gobibo will send us the bill. We smell something fishy in that. We stayed in pool villa& jacuzzi villa. Enjoyed the stay.

it is one of the best properties ever visited in my life. best view from property and best view from rooms. lake view rooms give perfect scenic view. rooms are very spaces. hospitality of staff is amazing. food is delicious. chef is amazing person. cleanliness is also good. suggestions - need to make approach road to property better - need to have spa, discotheque inside - few activities like bornfire, barbeque, organic farming, live singing, etc will add value to property it will definitely give 5 star rating to property

Location and View of the Resort is Excellent.Food was good but not Top Class.Evening Tea is below average for 5star Rating Resort. Need to improve.Felt Price of the Resort is too high for the service Provided.Last 3Km to the resort is worst but can be driven all kind of vehicles.Worst experience.Apart from Location and room service dont expect any royal treatment services in resort.

We were at Mountain Shadows for our honeymoon so they arranged a beautiful cake for us to celebrate.The service was excellent and the staffs were very friendly and attentive. And talking about the food variety, there was plenty to choose & all of it was delicious. Loved all the activities, ambience & would like to visit again. It was a wonderful experience.

Excellent location away from city life into the nature. All staff were very polite and helpful. Food was good and wide variety in their buffet spread. Rooms were big, clean and tidy . Best part was the lake view from the balcony. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would recommend friends and family to visit this resort without any doubts.

Great place to stay and food was tasty , a total package for a gateway , should visit to enjoy the scenic beauty of Banasura sagar dam and the natural beauty , resort stands as a testimony as the resort name, expect lots of tiny insects/flies in the evening,make sure that you close the balcony doors in the evening

No Room Service is the worst part. only the view is worth the stay. lunch was horrible though dinner and breakfast was fine but not to the standards of a 5 star property. Fruit basket provided in room was horrible n rotten
