Very spacious rooms, huge campus of the resort, in house waterpark to chill, boat ride in the river, entry from within the resort, neat and clean, good staff, in house resturant, average food, rooms are neat and clean but damps in the corner ( might be due to heavy rains) but paints are maintained. Awesome location, Karla caves are nearby, good for digital detox. Very spacious campus, kids will love it, water park, great for family time, night walks in the campus, kids play area, individual cottage style stay, rooms could be maintained little better , management should work on it but rooms and toilets are very neat and clean, fresh sheets and towels.

Great nature and ample space available at property. But, the only issue is improving ambiance and quality of service over here. You can find calm nature and boating etc. But, the quality of facilities like tap, beds etc. is bit poor or old. Government needs to maintain them more frequently with enhanced budget. Otherwise greenary, boating and water park are pretty good and very spacious. Good in the perspective of nature and water park but poor in the context of facilities.

Location is very suitabile and approachable though remote. Campus is huge and beautiful. Food here is quite good. Hospitality is good otherwise but I seriously felt they are short of staff. Property is very old and needs to be resurrected. Furniture is not in good condition. Standard rooms are pathetic in condition. Boating and water sports are available. I guess not fully functional. One impressive thing I observed is they provide for campfire. Serenity

Amazing Place. I booked a garden room ac and it was amazing. The room and toilet was clean. Got 100% privacy. The property is huge with a mini water park inside and a river flowing beside it. Even in a hot month like May there was greenery everywhere. Arguably the best MTDC resort. Also it is one of the best resort in Lonavla when it comes to a pocket friendly choice.

the cottage we stayed was good and clean ..though the water was a problem indrayani restaurant was not at all up to the mark..most of the items in the menu were not available the property is vast and needs to be maintained well. water park water too needs proper maintainence, water was not very clean

Just go for it. It is worth then spending 10-15k on so called Villas. Overall campus is so good, that you won't feel like stepping out of it. Food is a little disappointment. As it is in a greenscape, you can expect frogs or lizard near your place, you can ask the staff to help in such scenario.

Rooms where not cleaned properly whasrroms are also not clean then requested for room change. Changed room also not maintained properly. Overall service average. Food service is good. Surrounding area inside and outside is good. Children play area need attention and maintainace required

The location and huge space is definitely a plus and would recommend for everyone. Only thing lacking is maintenance. Otherwise such a huge property flush with greenery. Really loved the place. No surge pricing is applied. Would definitely recommend this place

Nice MTDC property, stay was comfortable and safe. Staff are friendly and caring. Food serve is good. They follow overall Covid protocol. They need to maintain it more properly.
