it's a wonderfull staying experience. I don't know how the other people's.sharing their bad feedback but we are frequently going to Puri for our vacation. All the staff behaviour is too good, Rooms are too specious , neat & clean. Among the 3 star hotel this is the best 1. Earlier we stayed at Holiday Resorts all are bad on comparison to others 'New Rockbay Hotel' is the best Hotel. Hotel and its staff are nodoubt nice,thats why i revisit this hotel but restaurant service littlebit disappointing this time,bcoz cook is denying to prepare lunch at 2pm,though owner sclod him after that he made lunch but these things needs to be improved.
