Hotel O Hill Grand Himalaya

Location was good. You definitely noticed the location of this hotel on Google maps. They have parking for Two wheeler and four wheeler. No issue for that.but after entering you feel unpleasant and unhappy environment. The head manager didn't appreciate any of your comfort level. They provide me room no 205. After entering the room I noticed no intercom available. After enquiry they provided a mobile number for any communication. Room was chilled cold. After 2 hour I saw that window is slightly open from left side and cool fog air comes I side. I immediately closed the window. For my solo trip, I reached hotel in evening. I enquired about some snacks or food but they told that no food is available right now. And for dinner you have to place your order till 6 Pm. After that no order will be taken because there is no any running restaurant near by and this the extremely worst experience ever. No food means no food. You have to eat at your own risk. After searching I found Santa Banta Dhaba nearby which is 2 Km away from hotel. They have room heater but chargeable 400 per night. For bathing, geyser was available. But when I reached it was not in working condition. I contacted the staff and they fixed it. But again on after morning, happens again and staff again fixed that. And the head manager told me that you should keep away your hand from this geyser. They thought that I never seen any geyser in my life. Lol happens. Summarise that never book these type of hotels whose promises keeps away from your expectations. Not recommended as well as in my dream. Only the positive thing was, they have parking space which was really messy and dirty and hotel staff was a nice person.

Room was clean and comfortable, and the geyser was working just fine. They also provided warm drinking water. The owner mam and the staff were very friendly and cooperative. There was just one issue, the room service responded after calling them twice. Apart from that everything was just perfect.

The staff was polite and humble, it's absolutely value for money as the room was neat and clean, the service quality is also pretty decent, in amenities, the wifi works well, they provide food as per your accordance, so all in all, It's a good deal.

I have stayed 40 50 hotels in life, the worst was the worst, Sally here to talk to the staff manager, no wifi, no tv, no geyser, no service, no staff, so using the same word of abuse
