Hotel Om Regency near Kamakhya Mandir

HORRIBLE !!!!!If you planning to stay here, please don't. The hotel food is horrible, the washroom doors are broken( you'll literally have to ask them to repair), the balcony door locks are so loose, you'll be scared to sleep at night. You'll have to ask them to power on the hot water so that you can take bath.They will tell you that the aqua guard doesn't work( so that they can charge money for bottled water, that's right they don't provide you water, you have to buy it)There's a manager We asked for normal water (the water they drink over here) and she said that if you need normal water you'll have to fill it up by yourself, room service will not be provided (just because we are not buying bottled water) Can you imagine the audacity? I was there with mom, so i can run around and get water, but what if some aged people go there( which is 90% of the case due to the temple here), do they expect them also to come down and get water? And there's no lift for that. And when we asked that there's no rule like this and you should provide room service,

This property is at a very good location if you are planning to visit Kamakhya temple. The temple is just 500m from the hotel. It has entrances on both sides of the hill (front and back) which is very convenient. Hotel is a newly established one and rooms are clean and tidy and spacious as well. Hot water would be ptovided upon request. Hotel manager and staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant is working with limited staff, so it took some time to prepare our order. Otherwise, the stay was good and full marks for the location close to temple.

I have never had any other worse experience than this. zero service and totally mannerless. keeps switching off the AC in the main MCB to save electricity bill. the owner behaved badly because my brother used my bathroom who stayed in the adjacent hall due to marriage function of my sister. save ur self. skip this hotel

just ok...staff is good but other things like hotspot..not warking properly...you use any network but there is..out of coverage...and if you are vegetarian...this restaurant is not for you....TV is not warking...there from 5days...but if your purpes only kamakhya tample darshan...this property is good for you....
