Sterling Darjeeling

I recently stayed at Sterling Darjeeling and I must say it's one of the best hotels in the area. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Kanchenjunga Mountains from the hotel premises. While it's a bit away from the main Darjeeling town, it's perfect for those seeking tranquility away from the hustle and bustle. The approach road to the hotel is a bit narrow and steep, so caution is advised, especially if you're driving your own vehicle. However, it's manageable with a bit of care. The food served at the hotel was delicious, and they were gracious enough not to charge for my infant's meals. Additionally, the hotel features a small gym and a kids' play area, which was a nice touch. I stayed in one of the Premier Suite rooms, which was well-appointed with modern amenities and offered stunning views. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Sterling Darjeeling to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent amenities and views. A definite five-star rating from me!

Hotel stay was nice. Value for money at the rate Goibibo provided. They provided the baby food as well when required. Also they packed our breakfast nicely as we wanted to checkout early in the morning. Just the location of the hotel is far from Darjeeling and the road to hotel is not good, but considering the overall road conditions and traffic in Darjeeling that does not disappoint much. Also it sometimes turns out to be a benefit as you avoid the traffic jam of city centre Darjeeling by staying a bit far in Ghoom. Hotel property is good and the view from the hotel is nice. Staff is cooperative.

One of the most beautiful properties I came across in Darjeeling. The view of the Kanchenjunga is mesmerizing. The property is vast and is perfect for a nice holiday in a group or as a couple. The best part is that it is away from the hustle bustle of Darjeeling main town area and nested in the hills in Ghum, so one can have a peaceful relaxing time. The staff is very polite and does their part to accommodate one's requests. The food is nice but the breakfast buffet can be a tad more diverse. Lovely experience overall.

Awesome Location for a perfect Ghoom experience...!!! Huge well organised property with fantastic beautification at all corners. Sweet courteous staffs..Awesome food..Perfect buffet breakfast and Dinner we Had.. Thanks "Sterling Darjeeling" for making our stay such a wonderful and awesome experience with great food, helpful staffs, very well decorated property and off course the magnificent view of the MIGHTY KANCHENJANGA!!!!
