It was a bad experience. The owner of the Houseboat denied to give us the 2nd room. He was arguing in everything. He also said that he was having some issues so he will not entertain any bookings. It was night curfew in Srinagar but still we somehow managed to change the property at night itself. You guys played with our money. This has to be informed to all the future potential customers of you.

the Raja palace place I stayed has different types of room. the family of the house boat is staying rigth back of the house boat and the main advantage this raja palace place could be reached by shikara or by on road too

people are very cooperative and helpful. location is good as parking is nearby. Rooms are clean and spacious. They don't provide food which is available in nearby restaurants. Good budget housey. Recommend for families.

we stay one night in rajas house boats ..locality good, there is no arrangement of food inside the houseboats his manager mr . wasim is good person..but his housekeeper is very arrogant person...

Very nice and comfortable stay. Location and view from house boat is also very good. Well connected by shikara and road. Very cooperative staffs. Overall very nice experience.

Experience was ok ok. Host is friendly. Only thing i disliked there was no heating blanket at house boat and they charge for wood in heater.
