bad experience , no light in washroom,no hot water,no towel, intercom is not in working. drinking water is not up to the standard.

it was very bad experience as of the TV was not working the hotel is very far from railway station mattresses for also dirty the hotel was also a dirty did not maintain the normal cleanliness
it was very far from station tv was also not working I called the receptionist they were not picking up the call and also dirty hotel there mattresses also dirty and not clean overall bad experience

the hotel staf behavior not good
the hotel manager kuldeep pandey stand on counter was drunk he use foul language
the hotel staff consume alcohol and than miss behave with customer

room small size...
1. cocroz and 1 more insect is in my room.. under my bed no proper cleaning...paper & bottle cap all are shown in photos.
ROOM ki walls pr jgh jgh PAAN kha kr jese thuk rakha hu.. everything is in photos.
bathroom door condition also check in photos.
or checkout pr receiption wala checkout se phle room dekhne to aise gaya jese ptani konsa special room provide kr diyo gya ho mujhe..
2. TV sirf naam ka... channels hi gin kr aate h... hindi movies channel ya sports channel m ...more
