Lowest levels of cleanliness I have seen in a while. We stayed here twice - both times there was no hot water even upon requesting multiple times, there was hair in the drain, there was a local cigarette in my bathroom. Most of all, the staff kept trying to tell us that the water is warm enough at room temperature. We ordered a taxi to the airport and it got late. Once again the staff tried to tell us that we were way too early for our flight. The bedsheets were a shade of grey and certainly not even dusted after last stay. Wouldn't recommend Akbar Inn to anyone.

We were forcefully shifted to other hotel. Hotel where we were shifted rooms were not clean properly bed sheets were dirty, Tap in washroom not working, water was blockage in washroom. Even after repeatedly requests our rooms were not changed. We booked Akbar inn because of 3 star status but the hotel where we shifted was not good. Need refund for this stay we havn't got what we booked

Very bad service. No food, you will be asked to call a restaurant to deliver. That restaurant does not deliver without a min order value of Rs.500. Toilets are not clean. Staff/manager is not friendly. Overall very bad experience. Not recommended for family.

I booked a room of two people and after the booking when I went to the hotel I came to know that there is only buffet in dinner that means no alacarte in the room. I have seen first time in my life that no menu service in a room. Second the reception person is a good person but I wanted to ask a question Why I cancel my booking for this? , as per you, especially in night, We came from 500 kms away and unaware about the city. I don't think so this comes in hospitality.
