I am extremely disappointed with the experience and the inconvenience I had to go through, which was not only uncomfortable but also completely misaligned with the booking details and expectations set by your listing. My booking was specifically for a room with a King Size bed. However, upon arrival, I was allotted a much smaller room than what was advertised, and instead of a king-size bed, two single beds were joined together, which clearly did not offer the comfort or space I had paid for. ...more

The Location of the property is good but the property is not well - maintained. The staff were like casual boys, they didn't look professional in their manners and behaviour. Complementary breakfast was just 3 items not many options available. Dinner served very delayed almost after waiting for an hour and biriyani had a burnt chicken leg. The pool is big but it had some biting insects, some fallen from the trees around. Their cleaning method of the pool should be improved.

Place is very close to the cliff, it was very convenient for us since we dont had an individual travel option. Property was well maintained, rooms where spacious, clean and maintained. But over the top the hospitality from the host was very poor, I felt as living a a rental room rather than a 3* resort. These people not even know to address a guest with a proper smile. Felt terrible with the reception service. I recomend this place more to bachelors rather than a family specially if they have a kid.

Bed, mattress are low quality like railways Room is so congested it's difficult to walk around also. Room service is also poor Outside ambience and pool are good.
