always feel happy to stay in this hotel. staffs are very polite and gentle. location is very near to tourist attraction. car parking available. provided good room service. compared to other hotels tariff is very less. hot water available. all the rooms are having balcony and view is superb.

hotel room maintenance is not good. not a well cleaned bathroom, hot water issue, bathroom door is broken. they just listen to our complaints but no action is taken to fix that. overall it's an average hotel. but location wise it's good, bus stand, hotel are nearby.

This is my choice stay in Kodaikanal. However, this time we were let down not by the hotel but the location which is very close to the Kodaikanal bus stand. After a long tiring day we slept around 10pm but were woken abruptly around 1030pm by fireworks, loud music drums & bands - it was a procession. It went on and on for around 2 hours. If you are looking for a true VFM hotel, then this is the one. Other advantages being location at the city centre (opposite to bus stand). Almost all locations in Kodaikanal city centre is accessible at walkable distance. Lots of options for restaurants. They also have a parking lot which can accommodate 5-6 cars. So of it's a non peak season, it should be ok. I'm fully satisfied with my stay.

In name of special deluxe room, it was neither special nor deluxe.
Rather a compact room was given.
No room heater, No geyser.
Every time, you have to wait for hot water coming into tap or call room manager to start geyser. Pathetic.
No drinking water bottle given in a special deluxe room.
Over and above, night duty manager was very rude to talk. Before we ask any question completely, he cuts your question and starts giving his own explanation.
We asked him for 15 min relaxation in check out time, he rudely said "NO".

I stayed for two days, hot water was available round the clock, it's highly recommended for family stays, the price is reasonable for the prime location, all the tourist attractions like Kodaikanal lake, Bryant Park and Coakers walk are walkable distance from the hotel.
