Cupboard was not clean , wash basin pipe was leaking. it was coming out once it get filled from inside.
Only one towel was provided initially to a family of 3. After insisting again and again , they provide towel on 2nd night

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ashoka Inn in Mahabaleshwar. The location is absolutely perfect, offering easy access to all the attractions. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!
It's the perfect place for a family getaway! We truly felt like our family's needs were well taken care of during our stay, making it a memorable and enjoyable trip.

We have booked Super deluxe Ac room but there was no Ac in the room, the room was very small and Tv was not working in the room , room also had cockroach
The worst experience was Checkout as while booking it was showing 10 to 11 am checkout but in hotel they told its 8.30 am so we got ready as we did not have breakfast in out package so we asked what can we order the reception guy said sorry please check out fast as they have check in to accommodate
