Worst hotel ever. No room service. No hot water. No shower in bathrooms.
Food quality is pathetic, you'll surely regret choosing this hotel. Staff behaviour is also rude. Mobile signals are week here and hotel does not have wifi. No lift and street is noisy.

Waste of Money. No facilities available. No hot water is available by 24/7. No basic amenities not available, Not even dental kit not provided. Also water quality is very low, mud is coming. Cot size is very very small, Kindly no one book this hotel.

Overall the Astoria veg. hotel stay was good. Value for money. The food was served to our room from the restaurant. The hot water for drinking has been provided whenever we asked for that. The checkout time is 9 A.M, when booked. But for the booking with hotel, they providing 24 hours checkin & checkout facilities.

The rooms are very small. The rest room was not clean and well maintained. The water was leaking from the tap. The rooms are very old and not well maintained. The rooms are in First and Second floor, very difficult to climb with the luggage. Senior citizen 100 percent difficult to climb in the stair case. Do not book the room. I am not satisfied with the hotel.

Horrible stay at this hotel. Hotel staffs are rude. Hot water is available on time slots,like morning 7 am to 9 am and evening 7 pm to 9 pm. It's quite old hotel. No parking facility available. Overall I felt it's NOT a 'HOTEL' but it's a "HOSTEL". I won't suggest this hotel for any of my friends

The old Astoria has not lost its charm yet! Small cozy rooms with the most delicious South Indian breakfast at Kodai. If you are a breakfast person, this place is must try for their hot crispy vadas.
