had a wonderful time here, stayed at their sunrise room, heavenly view. it's in the Gap road so easily accessible. they also offer free breakfast.
stayed 3 days and had a great time. go in weekdays of you want to avoid the crowd.

Worst experience, very dirty rooms, staff are not well professional, specially green tshirt guys are worst once. No hospitality, no transperency. Walls in the rooms are cracked and water is leaking all the time. Washroom is in worst condition and rooms are stinking. Had a worst stay in Munnar, no proper room service. Overall I will never ever suggest my friend to stay in this property.

Just normal stay cant say it as a good one or like great stay. Just an average and bit expensive tooThe room which I stayed was not much clean and the door was not perfectly working.
