Resort corridor lights were not working and it was very difficult to reach to rooms on first floor. The staff was also not very cooperative even after giving pre- order for dinner at 8:30pm they were not willing to serve by 10pm.

The road access to this property is closed for few days. more over the puctures they have posted noway matching with the property.
We were five people. our mother is 80 years old.this propery is faraway from munnar. since the road to this property is closed, they guide us through a narrow road. or else we have to walk 150 meters.

Absolutely pathetic. I don't even want to given a single star, totally not worth even a penny. Owner is very rude and just argues without even giving any solution. Location is isolated and the approaching is extremely pathetic.
Food is pathetic, rooms are pathetic, not worth for family stay

very bad experience, room was not fully clean, bed sheet was dirty, curtains was not clean, wifi was not getting at night, dish was not working, in break fast not served fresh juice, they served essence juice. we are so much annoyed because paid very high rate.
