I recently stayed at a hotel that looked great , but the reality was disappointing. The room was not clean—there were stains on the sheets and a musty smell. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the staff was unhelpful when I complained. The breakfast was stale, and the noise from the hallway kept me up all night. Overall, it was a frustrating and uncomfortable stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is not that good.
The walls are broken, AC doesn't work properly.
I booked excutive room that includes tv but tv was also not there in my room.
Also the hotel reception behaviour is not good, I asked the bedsheet to be change twice but they don't care about it.
cleaning is also not good. Even room service guy is not answering properly.
I stayed with my wife and wouldn't recommend it.

We had an excellent stay at baga bay hotel. the staff is very helpful. kept our bags after checkout for many hours. we stayed for over a week and everything was very pleasant.

The stay was disappointing. Hot water is not available in the morning, which is a basic necessity, especially in colder weather. If you need hot water, it’s only available after 10-11 AM, which is highly inconvenient. Additionally, the TV in the room was not working, which added to the frustration. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

We stayed the hotel for 2 days and the staffs are very friendly. Services are quite nice.Well maintained rooms, Spacious bathroom. Recommended.

Its an average hotel . There are no complaints from my stay. It is beat suited if you wish to stay near the baga beach and dont wish to travel after late night party. It is located like 2 mins away from the beach and very very close to some the best pubs of tito's lane.
