resort and room not clean and service is also very bad. they can't even serve the water bottles. and they are not polite to customers. felt like waste of money and i can't visit it again.

Hotel Location: Perfect!However, I have some concerns:- Misrepresentation: The property's interior and rooms were different from what was shown.- Room discrepancy: I booked a room with curtains (as shown in the profile), but got a different room. When I asked, they lied, saying they'd stopped using curtains due to children's disturbances. service is too bad
very poor management
very slow staff
pool is not clean at all even I asked them so many times to get this pool clean
buffet breakfast was pathetic there is no buffet system at all
tables are not even clean insects are the major problem but they are not doing anything about it
if I didn't paid in advance for 6 days i could have shifted to another resort
due to it is non refundable so i am stuck here
so plz don't prepay the amount before coming here

Overall its decent for the price u paid. But expect certain standards like cleanliness, very bad foul smell at the time of entering the property. Bathrooms were smelling , we could not use the pool coz they had put excessive chlorine and some guests were complaining of itchiness..
