Nice hotel, rooms were clean good staff and very helpful in nature, view from balcony was very good and peaceful environment, hotel situated at main road toward munnar so overall good experience.

Stayed here with family for 2 days during April 2025. Overall average hotel though they are claiming as 3 . Hotel is in Noisy location and middle of traffic road and could not sleep. Hotel is in front of church and the bell sound for each hour will increase the disturbance. Not suitable for calm and peaceful trip. Food is average taste.

rooms are quite small as per the money charged . breakfast was included in the price but it was not good . rooms don't have any bell 🔔

Very good hotel. Almost 0.5 km from the town centre. Rooms were clean and there was a restaurant available in the hotel. Also, other options are available for food nearby. Breakfast was also good with various options available.
Overall it was worth the price paid.
It would be better if an electric kettle was provided, as it is very cool in munnar. But, overall I will recommend anyone to stay here.
Easy check-in experience. Clean washroom and balcony provided to see the view of Munnar

this is actually a hotel and not resort as it is named. the super deluxe room had queen sized beds which can be upgraded for comfort. all basic amenities were provided including restaurant services. location of the property is good but fitness centre isn't there in it and walking nearby is dangerous due to busy road.

the hotel is good nearby many tourist places. the restaurant food is also good. The rooms were clean and hotel staff was very polite and supportive.
