the stay was superb. rooms are very clean hotel staff is every one is soo humble and helpful. mr. bibin ms.anita ms.shilpa ms.menuka.
and the chefs are amazing.
and how can i forget the food.
the buffet breakfast and dinner is just so vast and yummy. food is awesome.

we went in aug 2024 with 2 kids and took presidential suite for 3 nights. pros- friendly staff, location, cleanliness & service. cons- noise from nearby waterfall 24/7 disturbs peace. north indian food was pathetic.

hotel view is good. parking is tight and has to be parked very close. friendly staff. breakfast was decent. pool is very small but nice view from it.

Resort is clean and well maintained. Number of activities are there for guests. Spa is average. Gym is good. Limited options for vegetarian. Checkout is really slow. Beautiful view from the room.
