bathroom water pressure was slow, no tea tray set up in the room, hot water problem, need to fix rest all experience was good

Good hotel at a reasonable price. Staff service was good. Rooms were okay for the price range. very respectful and responsible staff members. overall It was good. nothing to complain about.

Comfortable & luxury room with pool view, Buffet breakfast is very nice, location is good, quite far from beach but good property & hotel staff are well behave, definitely recommended..

There's nothing good except the food taste.1. Room size is very small. You can't have food inside the room bcoz of space. 2. They placed the large size 4 pillows in the room, which twist your neck the whole night. They should keep 2 medium size soft pillows.3. Inside rooms no mobile network. You can't get call and messages. 4. kettle not provided.5. toiletries not provided.6. Room doors have digital password locks. they write down the password on a piece of paper. It really was very nice experience to stay in Caravan Baga Aqua Resort.Here I would like to mention about Suraj who look after Reception very nice person, very polite, very co-operative.One more person who got our attention is Varun he is in Restaurant section. Very helpful to all the clients.

They need to upgrade their basic amenities like electric kettles, tee kits and need to improve quality of services like tv remote is not working, wifi connectivity issue, no water cooler or dispenser for drinking water. If you more conscious about to not use single use plastic drinking water.
