I booked hotel care for day and when i reached hotel i was told that rooms are completely booked. I am left speechless. I got shifted to another hotel which is really bad in shape. Even tried to reach . Became difficult to contact. Person in picture is rude and not having responsibility. Not answered any of the questionsNever book with and also select hotels like this.
