great holiday home very close to the beach. there are shacks on the beach as well to indulge in peaceful retreats. Brian was very helpful and room service was top notch. the rooms are very spacious and well ventilated with the inclusion of a fridge and electric kettle as well! only thing that can be improved is the lighting of the rooms, LED/?modern warm lights can be added to add to the beauty of the rooms! will definitely come here again when back in Goa peaceful, cosy, private and not a lot of noise from the main road

The owner was very strict about the check out time even though the hotel was all empty. They collected an extra INR 500 for late check out. As it was raining at the time of check out, we had no other option.

Its not worth the stay...near the beach but its a partial sea view and ...i booked the upper category cottage room but at the checkin time they allotted me the room which was worst then a store room which not even had a window..hard to find the location also and while calling the hotel owner he was talking like a gunda and no have manners ti talk to the customers. Worst place to say not even worth 200 rs a stay

It was really great, best part was location. Just step out of the hotel and beach sand will guide you to the beach as you see the water body in few step counts. Awesome staff and host.

most important part is the location. if you are going to Goa to enjoy sea bathing it is the best location. all shopping , sea area restaurant are near by. main problem is there is no Car Parking. and room is ok ok. but again the location beats everything

WiFi doesn't work.The hotel staff was also not good.When a towel fell short, they were asking for his money.I felt very bad after coming to this hotel.

great view.the hotel was just 50 meters away from sea, you will get all the required things around hotel as the main street is also not too far from her. nearest bus stand from here is mapusa. which is just 25 mins away. overall great experience. 😎
