I recently stayed at Cedar Inn and had a good experience overall. The service was excellent right from check-in to check-out. Every staff member I encountered was ready to support and assist, making the entire stay seamless and enjoyable. The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff truly stood out and made a significant positive impact on my visit.

Unique location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good view of Kanchanjungha from almost all rooms. Excellent hospitality. Food was good.

Overall an excellent experience that we had at Cedar Inn. Any hotel can give a clean room and a good location/ views etc but it's the people and the effort that they put in to make the stay memorable that makes the difference.The kitchen staff out here went out of the way to ensure some of the local dishes are prepared and served for every meal and took enough care to explain the same to us during the meals. Best place for a relaxing stay with a breathtaking view. Extremely polite and cooperative staff.
The room with its wooden flooring and view along with a fire place makes it a perfect hill station stay.

Everything was going perfect during my stay. The property was amazing and so was the food and overall service. However, just one incident spoiled my trip and is making me give this rating. A horrible and demeaning instruction for guests 'to wear proper and decent clothing while dining' was written just outside the restaurant area and it was glaring with sheer contempt at whosoever entered to dine.Front desk manager, on being asked about the same, wasn't convincing in his answer as to what exactl ...more

Definitely a right choice of Hotel Cedar Inn. Good rooms with complete services even in Covid-19 times. The Hotel management and staff were very cordial. Mr Siddharth and Mr Dipen took good care of us. The pickup and drop by hotel car and the driver Mr Binod was very courteous. Overall a memorable trip.

Hotel with best view of darjeeling. Staff was really sweet. You don't need to search anywhere else for food as their chef is awesome. In these covid times, you don't need to worry about hygiene and safety here.
